Returns/Refund & Exchange Policy

Kandi Collection Virgin Hair will determine which hair products may be returned, refunded or exchanged on an individual sale basis.

For hygienic purposes, we will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges after hair has been installed, brushed, combed, washed, colored, cut or damaged. If you wish to exchange product for a different texture, we will consider making the exchange only for items which are UNUSED; and in the original package. The hair must be in the same condition that it was sent. If items have been damaged in anyway, the items will be returned to sender & no refund will be issued.


Please inspect your product the day that you receive it and contact us immediately if you want to discuss a potential exchange or return. If you wish to exchange your return we will not incur the shipping costs. No refund or exchange will be considered after 3 days of delivery.


RETURNS: You must provide a tracking number or confirmation number for the return. After your refund has been approved, please allow 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS after receipt of the merchandise for your refund to be debited back to your account. 



PLEASE NOTE:

WE WILL NOT GRANT ANY REFUNDS/RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY HAIR THAT HAS BEEN CUSTOM-MADE, BLEACHED OR COLORED. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO DISCUSS WITH THE CUSTOMER THEIR PREFERENCES BEFORE THE BLEACHING OR CUSTOM-COLORING PROCESS. WE DISCUSS THE BEST TEXTURES TO PROCESS, HOWEVER, THE FINAL CHOICE IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER. KANDI COLLECTION VIRGIN HAIR WILL NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND THEIR CUSTOM PURCHASE.
